At the Council Meeting held on Friday 30th May the outgoing mayor, Cllr John Panton performed the ceremony of the newly elected mayor and Chairman of the Council, Cllr John Clarke.

 

Cllr Jim Dodsworth gave a vote of thanks to out going mayor Cllr John Panton and his wife, Irene,  for their  mayoral role in Burgh's special year of events of the new bypass and the new Community Centre.
